Burger King - Elgin

I normally don’t do reviews but I had to for this. I was asked to pull up to the 3 window to wait. After waiting for a few minutes I ended up crying in the drive through waiting for my food (personal stuff just got to me). The man who gave me my food was so sweet and asked me if I was ok! He didn’t have to but he took the time out of his day to see if I was ok. I really appreciate it. I also will be calling the manager of the store to let them know how amazing my experience was.

Always have the best service here. I’ve gotten an error or two on my orders here but they always fix it with a smile on their face. The manager is the nicest person and a lot of the times they make my day better. Definitely my pick of choice compared to the other food nearby.

The manager on duty was outstanding . When he has managing the associates he did in the best possible way true leadership experience and everyone was having a good time working . Proudest moment for me is when he told an associates to change their gloves and replace them with new ones. Don't see people work together so well. Everyone today i say I'm happy I witnessed how well they got along. 12/19/22 @5:15pm

Service was great the young lady who took our order was so nice.

Friendly and fast. Always get my order right, good location. I always head to this burger king when I want a Whopper meal.
