Little Caesars Pizza - Elgin

You never know what kind of service you 're going to get at this location. Sometimes it 's good, sometimes it 's bad and sometimes it 's just horrible. Today it took me over 50 minutes to get a food order from this location. In the end the manager threatened me because I got upset because the wait was so long. He also threatened me physical harm and said he would keep the food and said I could just leave the store. I believe in the rehabilitation program as well but today was ridiculous with the events that took place inside the store. The manager is a bad influence on the other employees and actually told them that they could do what they wanted and not to worry about pushing out the orders for the customers. Not wearing gloves while making or handling the food.. Went in a second time. Just shut the store down at this point.

I ordered the pizza at the counter for take out. A little over 25 minutes, I received my pizza. I got home, .....and there you have it ..

The staff is really nice a little bit of a wait time but you can always call in, italian breadsticks are one of my favorites from there definitly recommend and they're classic cheese pizza .

Nice people, great customer service, helpful, great teamwork. Especially Kristo deserves more than 5 stars?, he is very friendly, understanding and patience with customers. Thanks again for the great service?

Not sure how great the orders go. But I always pre-ordered the app and never had any problems. Food is good enough for the price you pay
