Taco was really good. Unfortunately I didn't get to try the birria since it was only for Thursday and Friday, and it would be nice if there's a correct menu on google too.
I discovered this little authentic Mexican food truck stand next to a gas station midway between Manor and Elgin just off 290. Apparently it 's been there since January of this year. It is definitely a popular spot for contractors and construction workers as well as anyone who appreciates a well made authentic Mexican breakfast/lunch nook . All orders are made fresh and to go unless you desire to sit at one of the two unshaded picnic tables. I purchased the three items pictured below for $8.50 and was very pleased with how they tasted. The mulita was crunchy with lots of cheesy fajita flavor and the chorizo taco was exceptional. Be warned that their red sauce is very hot and spicy. I was pleased to see the menu was in both Spanish and English and there was no language barrier. If you 're someone like me who loves finding these little taco truck gems, then add this one to your list.
The best food trailer on the way to Elgin. Food taste amazing! All homemade feel. Definitely recommend to anyone passing by
