Schera's Algerian American - Elkader

We were very lucky and honored to have our pre-wedding dinner at Schera's for our immediate family. During our family-style meal, the waiter explained what each of the dishes were, their main ingredients, and their cultural significance. Each of the dishes was amazing! Towards the end of the meal, the chef came outside to explain the story behind the dessert that he had prepared for us. All in all, it was a truly wonderful meal with amazing hospitality and with some great views. Highly recommend!

Fabulous food, well presented. Sat on on the deck Wide variety of food, cod great Algerian sampler. Bridge out so we had to take road around to Main Street.

Food was superb. We'll be coming back again. The sampler platter was great, loved the sausage wrap, had a taste of the camel burger. The last time we were here we had the shawarma and they were good as well. Can't go wrong with their menu.

Great food and great beer selection. Also super awesome service and fair prices I'll definitely come back.
