Taco Bell - Elkin

I visited the drive-thru and found the staff to be very polite and fairly quick. However, I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the food. We ordered 2 burritos and a 12-pack of tacos for $33. The tacos had hardly any filling and it was difficult to determine what was inside the burritos.

We waited for over 20 minutes for our order while dining in. There were no other customers in line or in the dining area. The beans were extremely dry and crumbled.

They have definitely improved!!! The employees have worked on the people skills and they have worked on looking and reading on what's on the screens, so it's definitely an upgrade from the last time I was there ????????????

The woman working in the drive-thru deserves recognition, as well as the other one or two employees working this evening. They were all very friendly and had great customer service. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Two thumbs up!

Would put zero stars if i could, food is ALWAYS sloppily prepared and the cashiers at the window are rude.
