Food Court Systems Incorporated

The food was overpriced and of poor quality. This restaurant is located in an outlet mall, and I wonder why they don’t enhance the overall experience for their customers. They charge $0.80 for refills at Chicken Now after you've already paid too much for your meal. It really feels like a rip-off!

I wish I could give this entire food court a negative rating. We had the worst Chinese food ever at China Max, and the pizza was equally disappointing—honestly, even the frozen pizzas from the grocery store are better. Chicken Now was only a slight improvement; the yellow rice was decent, but the chicken sandwiches, which consisted of two undercooked chicken tenders squished into a bun, barely had any vegetable toppings. Our total bill for two adults and two kids was over $35, which is on the high side for a food court. I've experienced some truly terrible food courts during my deployments, but this one takes the cake for being the worst. Save yourself the trouble and frustration—leave the mall and try one of the many nearby restaurants instead. I thought it would be worth it to hold onto my parking spot, but I was wrong. We went on a busy Saturday and arrived around 11:30, so it was clear that the food was fresh and the staff weren't overwhelmed. Unfortunately, it really is that bad.

Great variety of options. The place is very clean, and the staff is friendly.
