I went through the drive-through to get a burger. I had a coupon, buy one get one free. Received my bag and drove off. Something told me to look in my bag and make sure that I had everything and sure enough, I only had one burger instead of two I had to go back and get my additional burger. The workers appeared extremely lackadaisical when I first drove up which made me suspicious about my order. Good thing that I did look into my bag to see if I had everything that I had ordered. Worst experience ever!!! Pulled up for breakfast with only 2 cars in line took 15 mins to order my food,another 10 to get to the window. After paying i was asked to pull to the front doorto wait only food they were cooking my chicken biscuits.I sat out front 20 mins just to have to walk in looking for my food was then made aware they haven't even started my order. The Manger or older woman making the food started yelling like a psycho about how I wasn't gonna rush her on my food that I'd already been waiting 30 mins for. I asked for a refund which is when she again started yelling I could take my money elsewhere since I was rushing her to do her job! Very unprofessional and by far the worst experience I've had at this location, not that every other time I've came here was great. I would definitely recommend finding another location or even restaurant to eat at just based on the employees attitudes. I think they were supposed to be open but closed early.
