They were very disorganized. After a good 6 or 7 minutes, we finally got our coffees and had to remind them we didn't get our donuts. And there were no other customers in front of us inside.
The view is stunning. A nice little Tim Hortons in a quaint little town. The service is great as well.
This Tim Hortons at Ellicotville, NY along Route 219 has the worst service! Dropped by on Aug 3 at 12 noon there were around 3 cars waiting in drive thru so we went in. No one else was inside the restaurant, and yet we were ignored by staff for the next 8 minutes. The manager had her back on us (she did quickly turn around and saw us) doing something and ordering staff around. Weird experience. Left without buying anything.
The US Tim Hortons does have subtle variations in taste and presentation of items that we typically order up north. Grilled cheese panini tasted quite differently and so did Steeped Tea. Muffins and Donut seemed to inline though good French vanilla and coffee tasted different but overall nice. The folks behind the counter were friendly and helpful while they managed both instore and drive through customers.
Stopped here on a road trip as it was the only coffee place in this small town. The ambiance was very nice as they have a very small courtyard with a fire pit. Sadly the coffee was not made correctly so I left a little disappointed.
