The dining room serves delicious four-course meals every evening, which were included in our rate. The staff we ran into were always very friendly, too. All around a very nice, uncomplicated place to spend a few days in the mountains.
Paper quite varied, offer fitness dishes, house specialities cordon-bleu (no plentiful meals,) good desserts.
A bit outside the holiday resort elm in the glarnerland lies the homey small hotel mountain guide with a nice restaurant. Receipt, service and ambiente are above average good, the kitchen bourgeois, the offer rather small. a pity that this cozy restaurant kulinarically sees no court offering for which you would explicitly go. glarner netbows, cordon bleu and "suure mocke" are not necessarily worth a trip. also the wine card could use a little more affection. with a little more professionalism could create a real bijou culinaire in this house.
Qualty has her price! the room too fr. 90.00 was appropriate, especially due to the included train tickets. modern and locally furnished. the cordon bleu was excellent. even better tasted and will remain in memory for a long time, the suppe with a tasty cheese - a local speciality.Since I was alone, the breakfast was huge.A visit with direct booking is recommended.
After a long hike we have been very friendly received. the room is great; dinner very tasty and the service very (!) friendly. we feel comfortable.
