Jimmy John's - Elyria

I love Jimmy John’s. This location is far from freaky fast. I’ve been here several times and it normally takes 10 minutes to get 4 sandwiches. Any time I order anything without an item, it’s always on the sandwich. I specifically told them I had someone with a food allergy and they still put the item on the sandwich. I’m going to stop going to this location.

Ordered giant club lulu. Asked for no tomatoes on half so I can save half for later and it wouldn't be as soggy. They said they couldn't take tomatoes off half unless I paid more for 2 smaller subs. They must be brain dead

Place was clean and we were greeted as soon as we walked in. The person helping us confirmed the details of our order to ensure we were getting what we wanted, and everything was made in just a couple of minutes.Great food, service, and location.

Decent food never had an issue other than one time a soda being flat. Keep up the good work!
