Brasserie Etienne Brule Brewery

We gave this place a try earlier in the week and based on that great experience, we decided to return for their ribs night. The regular menu is a bit limited mostly sandwiches, nachos, etc. but there is a fabulous charcuterie platter highlighting local ingredients that we paired with a Greek salad delicious! So when we learned that they were serving ribs and salmon on Saturday, we had to come back to check it out and we were not disappointed so tender and their sauce was amazing! They have their own smoker out back so we’re hoping they will be expanding their menu to include more delicious bbq. My husband enjoyed their beer (made on the premises) but I would have liked a bit more choice in their wine selection. Still this is our new favourite local and we can’t wait until next Saturday!

Wings are awesome, beer is cold and crisp! Service was excellent. Alot of jokes back and forth with the owner He was our server.

It's a great place for many reasons. The food was wonderful, fresh and a nice presentation. It was my first time there, the decor which incorporates the brewery is nice, the services was amazing, and price point was so reasonable! I will be going back, bringing family and friends, and I will spread the word!

Very nice local brewery, food is great, beer is excellent! Since I've discovered their IPA beer (Citrale), my beer scale goes from 0 to Citrale and I haven't found one that is as good!! Keep up the good work!!

Great service, great ambiance, great food and drinks and the price is reasonable. The nachos are very good here. Will definitely go back and recommend to everyone.
