Domino's Pizza - Emmaus

Prompt and friendly service from an attentive staff! Super busy place that focuses on customer satisfaction!

When they screw up your order and you get home before you find out you should know that they refuse to refund your money and just give you a credit for a pizza later. I ordered a specialty pizza with Alfredo instead of tomato sauce and sausage. Itcame out as crust and cheese, no sauce or sausage even though the guy swears he put the Alfredo sauce on it but openly admits hedidn't put the sausage on it.

I am so happy I found Dominos on lehigh st. The young lady that works there was multitasking. She was taking orders and making orders all on her own. It's very friendly, clean, polite and also attentive to your needs. She was on time with the food as Iwaited patiently for all of it to be done. I felt very comfortable being there as I waited for my food order. She is a beast andby that I mean she was doing it all and not once did she look aggravated. No one beats this Dominos in Allentown PA in lehighstreet right across the street from the mall on the south side

Honestly, I'm from New York. I'm accustomed to true Brooklyn Pizza. Dominos has its own unique flavor. It doesn't matter where you go in the US. Either you love it or hate it. Our local Dominos does an amazing job. Pizza is always piping hot with freshingredients. Keep up the good work!!

We ordered at 17:21, it is now 19:23..Still no food. We called no one answered. My husband went there, they were abrupt and unprofessional. They told him the order just went out. My husband is home already and still no food. I get it..tough times, butbe professional with your customers and answer your phone. There are 5 people working in there and nobody can answer the phone?Loss of customers due to customer service! Now it has been 2 hours and 7 minutes...still waiting.
