Rosanna's Pasta Shop - Encinitas

First time here, but seems well reviewed and supporting local. Didn't know what to expect so went simple, the 10' italian combo sandwich with double meat. The sandwich was pretty good and bread was great but I was a little surprised at what they called double meat. You be the judge, but if this is double I will probably save the $4 upcharge for single meat.

I LOVE this restaurant. They have homemade Italian food that is so good. The Mushroom Ravioli dish is out of this world. The owners care so much about their customers and the quality of their food.  I love loyalty. Oh, they also have sauces and pasta you can take and cook at home. Which is great especially during COVID.

Small Business that does it right! Rosanna's Pasta Shop makes not only delicious Pasta to eat in, but to take home for a quick and easy dinner that's a step up from some quick meals most of us would prepare. She makes it easy offering fresh made pastas including stuffed pastas like raviolis, and giving you multiple options of sauce. But the real winner in my book is that heaping Meatball Sub. It can easily feed 2, or if you have gone all day without eating, it can easily become a meal for one! Its delicious, family friendly, and a small business. We should all be supporting more small businesses like these!

I am so impressed with this place! They have the best Italian food around by far. I absolutely love their California Caprese Salad. I was also told that they are supporting our local health care workers by delivering meals to the hospital. Hearing this just makes me what to support them even more.
