Friendly is a good word for it. Friendly people, friendly bartender and I will go so far to say friendly atmosphere.

I love her food. The cheese curds are my favorite. Cosy atmosphere, and staff and moss are always really sweet and friendly they ADORE our 2 little guys.

It is most definitely a bar atmosphere. However the hamburgers are among the best I've eaten this year.
