Came yesterday after a 12-hour shift. ordered 2 subparts and an order by fritten. 25 minutes drive to the house and my lower part was completely wrong. had ordered a pizza sub on white and it was on weeping I was made worse by it, but would have eaten it) picked it up to eat it and noticed that it was a tadige chaos, it had a very thick layer of the mayonnaise on it. I don't know about you, but I don't want a mayo on a pizza so I hopped in the car and went back to correct it. the manager offered to remake it, which of course I accepted) and even gave me a fresh batch of french. thank you for the troubleshooting.

Pleasantly surprised how fast the service was. the personal was wonderful and polite. that was great. it seems to be a renovation. monitors must be exchanged or cleaned. they can see the fat on them.

When it comes to eating out, there's not much worse than wanting your food prepared a particular way then realizing AFTER you've gotten home that it's not correct!! That was my realization today, even though the order ticket was correct attached to my sandwich was correct--so much for double-checking before sending it out! There was quite a discussion going on at the grill station and the prep station but it did not involve checking the order for correctness. I have pretty much slowed down my eating out mainly because of errors when my food is prepped but just needed a cheesesteak tonight and it just didn't hit the spot.
