The mill offers German classics such as Schnitzel and Schweinshaxe, but also refined season dishes such as mushrooms/ pumpkin or pepper dishes. The menu is varied and destined for everyone What I liked is all freshly prepared and this freshness was tasted out. The medallions were beautifully fried and juicy from the inside, so it should be! In most cases, however, many medallions are just tough. The salad was unbelievably delicious and also freshly cut here. The mayonnaise to the Pommes was also made themselves, which really tasted very delicious with the Pommes together. The sauce with the mushrooms was simply a real palate. You noticed that everything was lovingly prepared. The conditions were friendly and not intrusive. Although alternatives are set up, this gives a certain charm.
