They were messing around and screaming inside and 3 times came up to the window to ask if we heard that. We just kept saying no to end the interaction towhich one of them responded good. There 's a lot of chaos and secrets . Super weird. I ordered a tomato basil grilled cheese andonce they gave it to us, I look it over since it took unusually long. It had 2 strips of bacon on it so I told them I didn 'twant bacon on it and they said that it was just tomatoes. I had my mom taste it to confirm that I wasn 't crazy, and that theywere gaslighting us. As a Dunkin lover, I would just suggest going to any other location and it would be better. This one is notgreat and the expirence left everyone in the car with a bad mood.
I used to love this dunkin but unfortunately my past few experiences just haven't been good. My coffees have had coffee grounds at the bottom, some employees have been very rude, I feel rushed when I arrive 80% of the time, and they don't fill my drink up(there's usually still about ¼ that is able to be filled).
I only gave her one star rating this time because the drink wasn't even drinkable. If I'm paying $5 for a coffee drink I would expect at least to be made right. I got a caramel macchiato iced. There was no flavoring and it didn't even taste like coffee noespresso in it whatsoever. When people are paying $5 for a coffee the least you could do is make it right.
Limited bagel choices. The coffee taste like they marinate their coffee beans in acid rain for a week in buckets down at the Public Dock in Erie. Absolutely horrible. Whatever brand they are using, they couldn't camouflage it even with the best artificial creamers and sweeteners. Sandwiches are good but they need an expanded menu. Limited menu choices and better coffee characterizes this outfit. Donuts are also overpriced. Gonna have to put some on a layaway plan to even have a economical breakfast. I wonder if they would take food stamps. I mean darn near $5 for a coffee and donut. SMDH.
