Ordered delivery through the app that this restaurant suggested and sat and watched the delivery driver sit at another restaurant picking up another order as mine was getting soggy and cold 20+ minutes I called them to cancel the order and get a refund and they refused.horrible customer service and horrible business practices. I just want my money back I don’t even want the food. Order was received 40 minutes after it was picked up from the restaurant and everything is soggy. Also no hot mustard, or chili sauce included shrimp fried rice looks like bagged shrimp from supermarket added to fried rice. Horrible for 45$

Food is always good service is also super friendly and very understanding

Had chicken low mien n rice..rice was dry n no flavor. Chicken in low mien was rubbery n funky tasting…second time I’ve had food at this place n just not worth the expense jmo

Best Chinese take out in Erie. Honey chicken, fried rice, two or three egg rolls.....YOURE WELCOME.
