The sauces on the side are so good! You definitely have to try them! I had the pulled pork and the brisket with Mac and cheese and salad with honey mustard. All of them were delicious! Service was good, although it would be better not to vacuum the area when there are people eating there.
I was just passing through Erie, when I found this gem! Had the brisket here twice and it was stellar. (The ribs are great, too! Service was super friendly and the atmosphere had a good vibe… lots of 90s music and a chill bar. Enjoy!
Although there was a sign on the door that they were short staffed and asking please be patient, we didn’t notice any delay in our service or the quality of the meals. The ribs were so tender and well seasoned in the smoking process. The smoked turkey sandwich was delicious and even the fries were crispy and hot. We tried the signature brand beer made in Erie to start the meal and burnt bits which were very tasty and especially enjoyed by my hubby. Good eating for a special treat.
The pulled pork sandwich had plenty of meat. The sauces were tasty. I did not use the hottest sauce but I did taste it. I am always thankful for a place that serves a good sweet tea. Our waitress was upbeat and pleasant. Brussel sprouts coleslaw was my 'adventure ' food and was very tasty.
The service today was a bit slow but I've been there twice now and the food is great. The ambience was very nice and there was live music. The brisket was a bit fatty but the macaroni and cheese was delicious. I had the royal sunset drink, actually had 2 because it was very tasty and sweet. Would definitely revisit.
