Mcdonald's - Espanola

I used my McDonald's mobile app to order a coffee from this Centre St. franchise location. I'm buzzing about running errands and need a java fix. Service was quick and I was on my way in little to no time.

Normal McDonald's fare with plenty of parking and restaurant is clean with well trained staff.

The worst McDonalds we 've been to as a family in Ontario thus far. Our family van is the king of drive thru 's and this McDonalds drive thru is one to avoid at all costs. We have tried going at breakfast, lunch and dinner peak and off peak, it doesn 't matter, you will wait. And you will wait a very long time. And once you get your food, the likeliness of it being hot is slim to nil. We frequently just get coffee, or in the summer, we get Dollar Drinks . It took us 20 minutes last time to get 2 drinks and a large fries (and the fries were cold). The restaurant has 3 reserved spots for use when a customer orders something that won 't be ready right away to get the line moving continuously well, this restaurant seems to have an aversion to it because I have never seen it used not once. They will make the car at the front of the line wait at the window 10 minutes instead of asking them to pull aside and letting the car getting a coffee or drink order just pull through. And once you get your order check it! It might not be right and they might not be using the right coffee or give you what you ordered at all. And the staff will actually talk back when you inform them that you did not order two entire meals, but instead just a water and a coffee. Unfortunately it 's the only McDonalds around, so they 've gotten lax in their duties.

So basically this mcdonald's sucks they take forever just for the simplest orders they mess it up every time like I ordered a grilled chicken wrap and they gave me CRISPY CHICKEN. like jesus it's so stupid wouldn't recommend going there they take forever, this annoying lady asked us 8 times how are meals were like oh my lord ... DON'T RECOMMEND

So i get the simplest order every time a crispy chicken snack wrap no ranch... so the first time i ordered it , it was great and greasy second time i ordered the exact same thing not so great they gave me a plain tortilla with a slab of chicken, third time even worse i asked the same thing gave them my money they put EXTRA ranch i was done also service is extremely slow and some of the employees are totally stoned overall dont recommend
