I am writing this while eating the burger. We have waited 45min for two ateria burger. I had to stand right in front of the kitchen to see what’s going on. Apparently they are short of staff tonight and many customers left in anger after long waiting. I got two free sauces for compensation. I don’t blame staff, as they have tried. We came tonight for a quick dinner, as a result it’s absolutely a disaster choice. Burger is as tasty as usual but this long wait has made me lost appetite completely. I understand emergency happens, if the kitchen lacks of staff, the customers should have been warned beforehand for the possible long wait time.

We ordered chicken bites, double berger and Chipotle berger. I love the fact that they use real chicken (tenderloins for the chicken bites and not processed products like chicken nuggets. While Chipotle was a regular berger with normal taste (it didn’t taste anything like Chipotle at all , double berger had a smoky flavor and that’s the reason I give a 5.
