Super Subs Pizza - Essex

The service is horrible. Food is overpriced. And not that good.

My wife and I have been going to Super Subs for years. The food , service, and prices have always been great, except for last night. For 2 small subs and a sandwich the bill was 36.00. They also added a new system for paying your bill and have nerve enough to charge 3% un top of yourbill to pay for the new system. I don't think we will ever go back. Stan Lynch

Me and my family have ordered from here my entire life , at least the last 20 years. Lately the food quality hasn?t been great and service. The last time I ordered our food was wrong and what we got was just gross. I called and they apologized and said they would credit my account to replace the order when we wanted to. 2 weeks later we called to order and nobody had any idea what credit I was talking about. Called on Sunday 9/18 to place a pickup order. Guy who answered the phone was extremely rude, I always eat from here and never have any problems. But I simply asked this guy if they had any cheesesteaks specials and his reply was a rude ?same ones we have every day?? I don?t know what brought a reaction like that because I had hardly said anything else besides ?I would like to place an order for pickup?. Love this place but after a reaction like that, I won?t be coming
