Slow can’t describe the workers at this Dunkin. If they were paid for movement they would owe money

6pm. “We don’t have any donuts”. A Dukin DONUT with no donuts, none, not even one. Everyone in there sitting and chillin on their phone getting paid to not have any donuts. Must be nice getting paid to do nothing but sit and be on your phone to tell us you do have any donuts

I have been a loyal dunkin' Donuts customer ever since I was a child for the last 20 years I have ordered a large iced caramel macchiato with whipped cream stirred. I went to the Hinesville location the last two mornings I have been here working on a rental property went through the drive-thru yesterday I ordered my drink stirred They said no problem the lady who I found out is the manager Shannon Served my drink and said we don't stir it even though it was on the receipt so this morning I go in I use my dunkin' Donuts app I order a large iced caramel macchiato stirred the cashier lovely young lady said no problem The lady at the we window yesterday happened to be Shannon overheard it and came to me and said we don't stir drinks I told her I've been getting this drink for 20 years all over the country and have never had a problem She said its dunkin' Donuts policy not to stir the drinks I have never been told this then I asked for the Manager she said she was the manager I then asked for corporate phone number Shannon the manager told me she was not going to give me the corporate phone number. I'm old school generation X I've owned businesses since I was a young kid. Most of my generation live life by principles of loyalty honor and respect These qualities this manager does not have and has no business being a manager or in customer service for that matter
