I had a very nice experience sitting at a bar top table on Tuesday night and was well taken care of by Collin. He went above and beyond and made our dining experience fun and enjoyable. He always smiled and made us feel very welcome. Collin is efficient, fun and I will definitely request his section again!

Loved the upside feel of the place however was disappointed my medium well brunch burger just tasted like burn and char.

Been overseas for three years, came home and wanted a steak for our anniversary. We had gone to Firebirds on previous anniversaries before our 2021 departure, and always enjoyed our date night. This time, way different. Erin… our server… Erin… is worth every penny they pay her. Conversation, recommendation, smiles… constant check-ins on the meal. Had to tell the manager. That is the type of service that I gladly, happily tip to the extreme. Thanks for the great service. The steaks… the lobster… the charred carrots were bomb. And Erin comped us an anniversary desert. Team Firebirds in Gainesville… we will be back soon!
