Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Etobicoke

Danny provided excellent customer service when taking my order. I was so impressed that I felt the need to personally thank him and his team. However, when I approached the desk to give feedback, Danny's reaction was quite cold. Perhaps he thought I wanted something for free, which is why I went in person to give feedback. The other staff members were also very good. Overall, this store is much better than the Etobicoke branch, 99 percent better to be exact.

I am very disappointed with the refried chicken. It was stale and disgusting. I requested an exchange but got the same result. If you want to stay in business, don't serve food that makes people sick. My stomach is churning and I feel like you are trying to harm me. I am not begging for food, I spent my hard-earned money on that 3 piece combo. If I had cooked at home, I would have never encountered such garbage. This is shameful.

I have decided to say goodbye to Popeyes once and for all. Today was my final purchase of their fried chicken or any other items on their menu. I was shocked to see that they are now charging $11.75 for a two-piece chicken and small fries. Are you kidding me?! Two pieces of chicken?! A bag of four chicken halves at the grocery store only costs $7. The prices are outrageous and I can't believe how much profit they are making off of us. I am officially done with Popeyes. Even the cashier agreed that the prices are insane. Goodbye forever, Popeyes.

Seriously bad food I pay 13 something dollar and Seriously not good food in this branch always I tried 4 times but first time I give review so in my opinion not good food because food was not well cooked always

Danny was amazing! Great customer service and so welcoming. He told us the best deals and was super enthusiastic, what a great guy! I’ve come here often and never seen him, I hope I will encounter him next time!
