Ochsen - Ettenheim

In ochs we are very happy to eat as there are large portions not always to give expensive travel. the service in ochsen we generally very friendly and accommodating, but not too intrusiw. parking is not very many.

At two consecutive evenings we ate in the simple and characteristic open space of this restaurant. the greeting initially seemed unfriendly, but in reality we met after the first impact on nice and very helpful people who make with giving their job. After we fought hard in German through the menu, we have eaten some really excellent typical meat dishes, which I regret today! the bill (made with pen and paper, without calculator :-)) also turned out to be absolutely favorable in consideration of the filling on beer and portions. the smoke and the noises from the kitchen with a view of the garden did not disturb us at all, but made the place even more characteristic. as so often in Germany they put us to other guests, which offered us the pleasant opportunity to chat during dinner and which long wait for the dishes to make less burdensome. a great experience that we will repeat at our return to the europa park in any case!! a greeting to the nice owner, whose names we cannot remember, and to herrn karl, who welcomed us extra from the kitchen!!
