The Soup Shack - EUREKA SPRINGS

Three different times I have tried to eat here, but even though they say they open at 11 all three times they have never been open once maybe change the hours online to the hours that you are actually going to be open to the public?

Quality food, not fast food. Great selections, I love the Broccoli and Cheese soup.

Turkey sandwiches were delicious! The lady working was the sweetest! She gave us cookies and a piece of roast beef for our dog. There’s a drive thru or some picnic benches to eat outside.

I waited 15 minutes for a to-go bowl of soup. It takes about 10 seconds to ladle that amount, but I was made to wait and wait.Should have just cancelled my order and left, but I 'd been wanting to try this place. I won 't be going back.Paid $7.50 for a bowl of soup ... the lady at the window asked me TWICE which soup I wanted. I told her broccoli cheddar both times. So, of course I got potato soup, not what I ordered. Not to mention that the bowl of soup I got was actually a cup.Lousy business model. Lots of other places in Eureka Springs to spend your hard-earned money, and get a lot more for it too.

Foods definitely not fresh taste like it's premade coming from a sous chef
