Pono Ono Righteous Poke - Evanston

Chic spot to get poke bowls with an extraordinary atmosphere. Workers are down-to-earth and create a welcoming environment in the establishment. Poke bowls lacked the heavy sauces that are often drizzled on top, making for a different but refreshing experience. All ingredients used were high quality and prices were fairly reasonable for the area.

I love going here, the staff is always great and the food is amazing. I just revised from 5 star to 1 star because of this. I was so hungry and I expected an actual portion for what I paid for and I get a half empty bowl. It looks like I already ate from it... Just revised to 5 star, the business as a whole doesn't deserve to get 1 star because of one employee. Keep up the great work.

Very clean, friendly staff, food is amazing!! Perfect flavor combinations. I will recommend this place to those who enjoy sushi to give poke a try. I promise once you try Pono Ono Poke you will never order sushi again!
