Services and workers were amazing food was fast n out in a jiffy

Never fails and Always dependable whenever you are hungry!

This Chipotle has gone seriously downhill. We picked up food to go on Friday 1/12 around 5pm. The server was not remotely friendly. The restaurant wasn’t busy but the counters were filthy food bits covering every surface and the cook appeared to be busy plunging a clog in the sink rather than making food. A lot of things were empty but rather than fill them the server scraped the leftover bits off the bottom of the containers and moved on. The guac was an odd pale color. I asked for a little sour cream and I got an industrial sized portion that completely submerged the tiny amount of meat and veggies I received. As I walked out with my $11 sour cream soup I was already disappointed in my dinner and wishing I had gone elsewhere.

Hair in my food. Killed my appetite and ended up throwing it away. Absolutely disgusting.

The workspace on the line was messy, i waited ~5 mins for a mobile order that was already prepared and sitting next to the register waiting to be bagged and it’s not correct. for 2:30pm, there needs to be more than one person on the line.
