Ethels Cafe - Fairbanks

Small mom and pop café..food is good and the service is also good..we had the eggs Benedict and it was excellent..I am a chef by trade and these eggs were really good..

Been a few years since I've been here, but it's still best, breakfast in Fairbanks.

Atmosphere is like a good ‘ol American diner with a trucker vibe to it. Very friendly staff, and great meals. The Boo-boo burger was delicious with its jalapeños, mushrooms, teriyaki sauce, and everything else that comes with a usual burger. They also sell merchandise as well. Would recommend!

What a great diner! Quick and good service. Food was cooked to perfection. Enjoyed everything!

We really enjoyed the breakfast here. Everything was delicious and the lady working was a delight to talk too. If you want great breakfast then look no further!
