Jazz Bistro On 4th - Fairbanks

Very nice little place the owner does everything, orders, cooking, dishes, plays jazz when he gets a minute they have tasty shrimp dishes if you're into seafood, it's a small menu but a very good one! So go see Antonio downtown

One of the best restaurants in Fairbanks. The food quality, the customer service, the atmosphere is all great. Definitely a hidden gem. Amazing. Absolutely amazing! Pork sliders were awesome. Ordered a glass of wine. I’ll tell you that this was probably the biggest glass of wine I’ve ever received for the price. Went for some Tres Leches Dessert cake. It was indescribable. I literally couldn’t put into words. Paco was an excellent host. Service was incredible. Worth every penny and then some.
