The phone line has been busy since 2:00 am on 1/12/2018. I've been trying to reach them, but no one is answering. It's Saturday at 5:00 pm, what's going on?
I recently had a frustrating experience at this restaurant. After sitting for over 20 minutes in my car, I was told by a young boy that I needed to wait in the lobby first, even though I had arrived before him. It took too long for me to even place my order and pay. I will drive an extra 5 miles next time just to avoid this kind of hassle. This has never happened to me before at this restaurant. It seemed like the staff at the lobby forgot about the drive-thru customers. I won't be returning.
