Burger King - Fairfield

I'm giving 5 stars because the crew is always exceptional on the late shift. Once a week I'm in the area close to midnight and have been running through there for the late snack and the food is pretty much whats expected but the crew running the place always have a positive attitude and thats a surprise because it always seems pretty busy. Just wanted to say great job guys- keep it up!

No other customers there. Got there at 1040 am. We ordered 2 original chicken sandwich combo meals. We waited for quite some time so we were thinking we were getting hot food. Nope fries and sandwiches were cold. My husband wouldn't eat his sandwich. He said it was so gross it tasted like fish. We were wondering if it was left over from yesterday. Where is your customer service?

Got our order wrong twice, then got mad, bit off of a chicken nugget and threw it in our bag!!! which was not even a part of our order!!!!!!

It hurts me very much to have to write this but me and my family went to this BK location expecting to have a good experience. The staff was very disorganized. Not only were they messing up everybody's orders but the person taking the orders didn't even bother to write down anybody's names or give receipts so nobody knew what order was theirs. Food kept getting thrown away, my mom got the wrong burger and sad to say, as much as I love BK I will not be going back to this location. They need to fix a lot of things.

It has been a long time since I ate at Burger King. Was pleasantly surprised. Quick service and staff was very nice.
