Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

If you're looking for a great burger, head to Red Robin. It's the best burger I've had this side of the Atlantic!

We had a large group, and they made a commendable effort to accommodate us. The food was excellent, and the service was very good.

Have to leave a review after such a positive experience! We ordered food (2 burgers 2 sides) for pick up which was supposed to be ready around 6:15-6:20 pm. My boyfriend went to pick it up and arrived around 6:20 and let them know he was there for pick up. 30 minutes goes by and nothing. The store calls him to re-verify which spot he was in. The manager came out with the food apologizing profusely for the wait. He explained he had refunded our money for that dinner and gave us a $20 gift card AND tickets for 2 free appetizers or shakes. With it being dinner rush on the weekend, we completely sympathize with being slammed and not being on time but to be apologized to, refunded, and the extra goodies! THIS is how you do customer service! Thank you Red Robin! I can?t wait to come back for some shakes. PS the burgers were great too!!

I personally think it's so delicious that it even makes me like mac and cheese, which I typically don't enjoy.

First time eating here will definitely return! Food was good!!
