Place was honestly pretty gross.. store looked like everything had a thin layer of grease on it and like it hadn't been swept in weeks and once I saw the prices?? I just turned right around and went to Jimmy John's their store looked and smelt clean and the food was way cheaper with better quality my experiences with erberts always consists of hard bread and over cooked soup honestly pretty gross glad I went elsewhere

I feel like eating a little meat is missing. I ordered the Mac n cheese Brisket Sub and it hardly had meat. Wife was crunched pork with onions and picked, a bit more meat for this. I have the broccoli and cheese that was delicious and the beer cheese soup was okay. All the food was amazing, definitely going over the subway, Jersey Mikes or Jimmy John's. Waaay more flavored packed in every bite. Shut up I could add too!

I have given this store several opportunities to get it right. I think it is a mutual agreement that we will no longer be doing business together. My order was wrong again. They corrected it, but it was late from the time they said it would show up. The gentlemen bringing the corrected item, thought it important to tell me what I should expect when ordering instead of correcting their website or just simply apologizing. Thanks for the info but it was confirmation that I didn’t need to order from there again.
