Papa Murphy 's Take 'n ' Bake Pizza

I stopped at the Veteran 's location and upon entering was asked if I phoned my order in. When I said, No the clerk said they were very busy and I would have to wait. REALLY! No was in the store at 1pm and there were 3 clerks I could see. After 5minutes of being ignored I said I will get my pizza elsewhere . I couldn 't make out what she said, just that it wasn 't nice. Iwill never shop there again. I got my pizza at Spicy Pie instead..

Really fast service even though I didn't order ahead

Originally, half of my order was wrong and I didn?t realize it until I got home, and it was too late that night to call. I called and talked to a manager the next day and she was very apologetic and quick to resolve the mistake! I will definitely becoming back to this location as the customer service is really great!

When I walked in, it took about 2 minutes to be greeted regardless of the fact there were 4 employees up front. Finally, I'm asked if I've ordered. I told them yes (I did it online) and then the girl walked away. I stand at the pickup counter for a fewminutes while being ignored. Finally, a man comes in and is greeted right away and asked the name of his online order. I had tobutt in to ask for my own order. I'm a really relaxed individual that treats customer service employees very well. But thisexperience REALLY ticked me off. Don't plan on returning.

Ordered on the app. It was ready when I got there and the young man that helped was nice. Greeted me right away, was friendly and helpful.
