Pizza was over cooked and cheese barely covered the whole pizza and when you contact the store you get the run around if you have a problem, the pizza was already priced higher than other vendors, so save yourself the headache would be my advice

Horrible!!! I ordered Pizza for delivery on Wednesday Sept 28th 2022. It took 1 hour and 15 minutes to receive the order. I only live 5 minutes from the store. When I called the store to check the status of my delivery, I was treated extremely rude by Charlotte and she was talking over me so I tried to talk as well to explain the disruption. She hung up on me. No apology from this store on highway 157 Cooper Street. This is the worst Company ever! I admonish everyone not to Patronize this uncivilized place!!! Obviously they don’t want our(Minorities) business. This Company will never be bless and it will go out of business soon!!!

Ordered from here for the first time in a while. Have been extremely disappointed with the local pizza places but Mr. Jim's satisfied my hunger. Plenty of options and styles to choose from. Quick delivery even in inclement weather. If you don't want pizza and have been frustrated with your local options, keep Mr. Jim's in mind for a satisfying bite.

I ordered a meat lovers pizza online. It came quickly and the delivery man was courteous and obeyed social distancing. The pizza was delicious. Not over topped or soggy. Something about the pizza made it taste exactly the same when reheated. I would definitely order from here again. Carollton location!

I messed up my order online.I made a mistake on delivery or pickup.I called to see if I could get it fixed. I got Casey In the call center.He provided excellent customer service.I was very surprised How courtesy and helpful he was.
