Twigs Bistro And Martini Station Park

We love twigs! the drinks are great, eating is delicious and we usually go here for date night or with our children! it is perfect for family eating and a beautiful night out: service is amazing and we always come back!

I've always loved two, but today I came to celebrate my birthday. after sitting I ordered drinks. After an hour, the waitress came by with a missing Luster apology to tell me that our food order was not submitted due to a computer error. we have not been checked in the meantime. I had to go to her and ask for a drink. I noticed that they sat on the after. I asked politely to talk to the manager and she came by and made the dinge right. I'll come back, but today they dropped the ball.

Saturday afternoon. restaurant was not busy. the waiter has taken orders immediately. we ordered drinks and a starter and lunch. 25 minutes later we finally got our drinks. the entries arrived about 10 minutes later, but no appetizer yet. the waiter finally brought out and claimed that they had to cut “more potatoes” because they ran out. no mention. the food was good. service not so much. if the restaurant had been busy, it might have been more understandable. throughout our time in twigs we have observed our waiter, the MULTIPLE times at the table near us, also at a point sitting on this table. He knew the people and was more concerned about visiting them than to visit his other customers. unnecessary to say we were not impressed by his service. what happened to good service?

Great service and wonderful food choices! definitely with a stop! Drink menu is excellent and handmade.

We made a reservation for 4 on New Years eve. Had almost no wait, and were seated within minutes, even with a full restaurant. Our waitress was extremely polite and helpful. The cocktails we had were great. Blackberry Bramble was the highlight. The food was so so. I had the Mahi tacos, my wife had the seared tuna, our guests had the burger, and chicken avocado sandwich. It felt very overpriced for what we had. Basing this comparison on other similar places we have also tried. I just feel that if I'm going to be spending over $200 on dinner and drinks, I'm going to be looking for that WOW factor. This one just didn't hit that mark. But props on the service, and drinks. Those were both wins.
