Contribuisci feedbackVery disappointed. I spend about $300 a month on take out from this location. I do ask for dishes prepared a certain way. Sometimes they are spot on, other times not so much. I have had the occasional hiccup on wrong items placed in my order or items not prepared as requested, and I have dealt with it. This time it was a bit much, given the increased prices in take out these days. Recently I was given an incorrect item that was over $10. I live over 15 minutes away. I had to drive back, return the wrong item and all I was offered was an apology and a free egg roll. I was insulted by the offer. I have worked in retail services for 4 decades. If I get a customer order wrong, I would minimally offer a credit for the item (whether the customer keeps the wrong item or returns it), or give them a courtesy gift card or perhaps a discount on a future order. I received nothing but sorry. This tells me the customer is less important than the bottom line. It forces me to rethink where I spend my money on take out. This bad experience could have been turned around if the location had done the right thing and bore the cost of the mistake instead of expecting me to suck it up and accept the wasted gas and time to return it.
Just got here from Tampa Fl and ordered the Chicken and broccoli with white rice . The food was tasty and delicious little pricey $13 for combination but it was worth it. Going to try it again today.
Best chinese food in long island. the food is fresh and hot. the portions are big. the price is right. my favorite dish is chicken with mixed vegetables. the service is quick. there's tables and seats to eat inside. great for a lunch break or bringing back food for dinner

We have been coming here for 5 years because the food tasted great. Lately they have hired a disgusting girl in the front. She also answers the phone and assumes your order instead of clarifying with you. My husband ordered shrimp with fry rice. Instead of clarifying if it was vegetable fry rice, she assumed he meant pork fry rice. We do not eat pork. When I called to let them know about this. She told me he didn’t say what type of rice. So she assumed pork fry rice. What type of restaurant will assume what you want to order. I told her I want my money back or to get the order corrected. She told me bring the food back rudely. This let me know that they were planning to put the rice back in the pot and feed more people. She didn’t even apologize or take accountability. Horrible customer service. Additionally when my husband went to pay for the food, before he swipe his card she kept screaming it decline. He told her, no I need to enter a PIN number. She wouldn’t listen and there was a back and forth for a few minutes. She is clearly racist and not trained to deal with the public. Do not go to this restaurant. They need to lose business so they can treat their customers better.
