La Fogata Colombian - Fayetteville

I always come here for literally one thing, which is the chicharrones , and I never had any problems, but yesterday, I came 20 minutes after they opened. The food looked like it was kept from the day before and dropped in the oil because it was dried up and hard, so I tried calling, and I completely they don’t speak English well, and that’s understandable because I'm coming to a Colombian restaurant. They kept hanging up on me, and I wasn’t even upset; I just wanted them to remake it, but the owner (the man) got handed the phone and was rude and continued to hang up. Great food though

Food amazing as always but almost every time we come, waitress never ask if we need refills or anything else and we usually have to wait for them to even look our way. Lady with light brown dyed hair was rude and simply sat on her phone and didn’t ask us anything else

Excellent and amazing food and service! The portions are more than enough and tasty as well. Well stocked bar too. Will definitely come back and enjoy some of the food from the amazing selection they have on the menu.

The food my hubby and I ordered was really good. My son had the chicken wings, it was so plain no flavor at all. Waitress seemed like she had a problem everytime you asked her for something. The waiter, he was more nice about helping with what was needed.On the way to pay I slipped on a puddle of water I'm currently 28 weeks pregnant) everyone saw that I fell, the warning signwas like 6 feet away from the puddle. None of the waiters asked if I was okay, or needed anything. With tears in my eyes fromthe scare they just took the money with the receipt. After they saw my husband wouldn't stop hovering me, checking to see if Iwas fine. They finally asked if I was ok, if I needed water, or to seat down. I just said I was fine, because it was obviousthey didn't care. They were trying to give us our change back, we didn't even care at the time we just told them to keep it.. itwas a good 11 to 12$ tip, not deserved at all. Love the food I chose, but service needs to be a lot better.
