Because of their lack of modern customer service skills, I wasted my time going to place an order only to find out that breakfast was no longer available. Perhaps the employees should learn how to operate a register or provide better customer service in order to serve customers breakfast in a timely manner, instead of making them wait in the lobby for 15 minutes only to be told that food cannot be served. Additionally, the kiosk was out of paper as well.
This experience deserves negative stars. so if a person goes thru the drive thru. they order eating at kiosk then the workers begin ordering before the customer is in the window to pay for this order. then the customer pays for order and then receives order. or? So what is the difference when a customer orders himself in a kiosk, then waits for the payment in register? the order is already placed so it should have been in production. regardless of the payment at kiosk or register. so do not understand why my order was denied even tho it was set in 10 minutes before the breakfast end. I was long enough on the counter to hear how manager mentioned the switch for lunch. but my order had to be done in the past. $24 worth the food being wasted unless the hired ate it, doesn't make a good sense of business. I will not use this place anymore. biscuitville is a good alternative, as mcdonalds coworkers have the feeling that they know the best for this company. there are a few managers at this place that are great, but the dame today should realize what she does and how it affects this company. with other words they find another job. Today I tried to take over an early piece order that was at least $24 and was denied because of a worker there feeling. if you don't like me when you were in a register as you ignored me, but thought you were hurried, not to me, it's your job. you should have stayed home today. this evaluation is only for the lady who decided that she wanted to do what she wanted. not the reflection on manager in service. 12/27/22@1020am
I was informed that the restaurant was unable to take orders due to a lack of staff and food. Additionally, they are consistently late in opening. I have attempted to have breakfast there between 5:50 and 6:30 in the morning, but they have never been open or accepting orders. If they do not intend to open, they should update the opening hours on their door and website. I am hesitant to give a rating, but unfortunately, I am unable to do so.
On 9.20.2022 at 9 PM, My wife and I stopped at Restaurant : 16886 since we had missed supper. We ordered 2 each quarter pounder meals. After we got home we both sat down with our meals. My wife's was fine. Mine was not. Besides the cold fries, my quarter pounder had only onions and mustard on it. I called the store and spoke to a young man who apologized, took my name and told me to come back that night or the next day and they would make it right.I did that today at noon. The young lady at the register was very nice, checked a book with names a couple of times, and spoke to the manager. After which she returned and apologetically told me that my name had not been written down and the manager could not (would not help me. Bottom line no 1/4 pounder. Strike 2 for McDonald's in 5 days. Not I will ever go back, but the ink cartridges for the drive thru cashier could be replaced so the receipts are legible at the Hope Mills store.I will not hesitate to pass on my experiences on to all family, friends and colleagues. The 1 star is for the young woman who took the time to assist me today.
I have always enjoyed dining at McDonald's. The food is delicious, the staff is friendly, and they always treat their customers with respect. They are efficient and quick at getting customers in and out.
