Red Lobster - Fayetteville

Red Lobster ?, doesn't let me down much and tonight was no different at this location. The feed and service were great. Couldn't ask for more from a sea food chain restaurant.

I took my daughter out to eat for her 20th birthday celebration with our family and friends. There was a wait time of 25 minutes which is normal, so we just took pictures while waiting. We were seated before the 25 mins was up though. Once seated our waiter was real nice. She took our drink order and appetizer orders. Well one of our guess never got her appetizer order until well after the food came out. The food took a long time to come out as well. Our waitress keep the cheddar biscuits coming though. Food was great and hot when we got it!!! The waiter was nice enough to give us a discount on the one of the appetizers because it was brought out very late. The reason why I gave it 3 stars was because the checkout was horrible. We had 9 people with us and we all had to split the bill. The waiter stated she could not split it because of the discount. So we had to use the little kiosk at the table. It keep getting stuck and the waiter came over several times to help us with it. At the end I was never able to pay on the kiosk machine. She had to take my card and manually swipe it on another machine. It took us another 30 minutes sitting there to do that which made me very upset. But nevertheless my daughter had fun? One last thing they will sing Happy Birthday to the one celebrating if you let them know and give them ice cream.

Great food an awesome service. Went there for my son's birthday ? that was his choice an we enjoyed it.

The star goes strictly to the service. The waitress was very warm and very attentive. But the food on the other hand, TERRIBLE!! Crazy thing is Red Lobster use to be a family tradition, after church we would go as a family and enjoy each other over great food. But now, the prices have increased but the quality of the food has drastically decreased. The food portions are smaller, the options of a soup and salad are now added as a side instead of it being part of the meal. I will not return unless someone is paying for me to be there.

I don't remember a day when there was not a RL in my life. As an avid self proclaimed foodie, this chain restaurant has been a great place to be for celebrating special events or for their Lobster fest event. I think I have had everything on the menu thus far! We travel to the restaurant as a family and often share each meal we order with each other. Hey, don't forget about the fabulous biscuits, they are out of this world! The seafood is always fresh even in the restaurants that are not near the coasts. I try to sit by the front door so that I can hear the excitement when kids walk in and see the live lobster tank, fills my heart with joy.
