The lady who works there idk if shes the owner or something her customer service is terrible
This is the worst place I’ve ever ordered from. I’m not sure what kind of business this is. My fiancé went to this place after I ordered two combos. They first made the mistake to charge her for three combos. My fiancé came home and the food looked like this. I went back to the restaurant to get my money back but they were closed even though they don’t close until 8. I’m really disappointed.
I just moved from Pierce County, so when I saw Apple Teriyaki, I told my fiancé, "Oh my goodness, they have the best teriyaki and they give you leftovers for days!" Well, Dorothy, it is clear that I am no longer in Tacoma because what a waste of money! $23 for these small, tasteless portions? And to top it off, only 3 pieces of lettuce? Yuck, do not waste your money here! If you want to get your money's worth and happen to be in Pierce County, go to the Apple Teriyaki on Steele Street instead. You're welcome!
I ordered the chicken teriyaki at 2pm and my order was ready in less than 5 minutes. I am giving one star for the fast service. However, the taste was disappointing with zero stars. The chicken was dry and tasted like it had been cooked the day before, then reheated on the grill with teriyaki sauce added before serving. The staff was unfriendly and the food was overpriced. I would not recommend this restaurant.
