Burger Express - Federal Way

Good burger and wobbler rings! will definitely be back. casual atmosphere and simple menu.

It needs a special gift to make the French frey inedible. burger express has made this offer at a spectacular level! I never tried it personally.

I love local burger pitches. this was introduced to me by a friend who lives in the opposite. the price, quantity, taste and total experience was great.

I have been coming here for years and always had amazing service. Usually go through the drive Thur. I came today because it is over 80° figured I'd get burgers and milkshakes. I ordered my food and they gave me my shakes right away. I sat with them and then realized my food wasn't coming soon. I had sat for about 10 mins. I stood at the counter and asked the woman if they could re-blend the shakes because they have melted. She said she didn't understand and didn't know what to do because they always give shakes right away and food comes later. She wasn't willing to blend them again even though the shakes are basically just milk now. I sat there ,nothing opened. It would have been different if I was eating there, but my orders were to go and not just mine. So they knew I was taking out of the establishment. I didn't open or drink them and they refused to make it right. I feel for the price we pay for the food, they could at least keep the shakes until they bring the food if it is to go or be willing to fix the mistake. I spent a little over $50 for two small shakes, two burgers, small onion rings and fries and a 15% tip. So I feel the very least they could have made them again for a hot day. I most likely won't be coming back. Edit: I live less than 7 mins away and all of our food is cold onto of everything else. So I had to blend out milkshakes again plus heat up the fries, onion rings and burgers. Very disappointed

Love this place, delicious food! But please remodel in there ! Floors are sticky tables are sticky and dirty. Ketchup, mustard, salt and pepper bottles are dirty ! You remodeled outside please do the same inside! Seats are old and ripped . I asked for my food to go ! Get it together !
