Contribuisci feedbackOriginally went for lunch to get my favorite sandwich (turkey/cheddar). Got my order via drive-thru and unfortunately when I got home, the sandwich was not in the bag, only soup. I called and was greeted by Josh, who immediately apologized and ensured they would make it right. I went back in later in the day and was able to get my sandwich. I am happy to patronize somewhere that finally is willing to make things right without an attitude. Thank you, Josh and team!
This store has been declining for the last couple of years. They’re always slow as can be and they always screw up my order. Today the drive-through was closed, which is fine except they also had the front doors locked for some unknown reason. The staff was not helpful and I don’t know why I keep going back here. The inside of the store is dated and dirty.
This trip I used the drive-through, and the order was perfect. I got home to hot soup and a cold salad.
The customer service is friendly, but this location has the MOST CHAOTIC drive-through. They've asked me to pay twice multiple times, forgetting that we just did the transaction. Of course, the wait times are incredibly long, but it also seems they are always missing ingredients. I appreciate when they let me know, but sometimes they don't, and I'm sitting here with a sandwich that's literally just bread and tomatoes. I've had to park and come into the store after already waiting because they were having card reader issues at the window.. and to top it off, they argue with the window open. It truly seems they are doing their best, but holy moly is it consistently frantic.
Distraught over my salad. I ordered online and had a Fuji Apple salad dropped off to me at work. All the main the ingredients were missing. $13 for some iceberg lettuce and a few cherry tomatoes. Devastating.
