Taco Bell - Fernandina Beach

The taco shell was already in pieces before I even took a bite, and the steak chalupa was overwhelmed with lime sauce, making it impossible to taste the steak.

My experience as a customer was okay; after all, it's Taco Bell. However, it was extremely uncomfortable to overhear someone yelling at a coworker while I was waiting for my food. I sincerely hope that the woman in question wasn't a manager, because if she is, then people like her are part of the reason why restaurants like this have such high staff turnover.

Taco Bell is fantastic! My son loves to come here every day after football practice. I'm usually quite tired at that time and eager to get home, especially with two kids in the car. They always get our food to us quickly, which is a big help!

BEST TACO I?VE EVER HAD FROM TACO BELL TODAY! Management Please check the cameras at 2:33pm 10/14/2022. Whoever made the tacos made them better than I?ve ever had from all my years of eating at many Taco Bell locations! Please have this person train otheron how to make delicious food as well. The portions were perfect, the cold items were cold and the meat was hot, the shellsweren?t broken or stale! I wish I would have got the chalupa. Usually they?re cold and stale but, I feel this employee wouldhave had the chalupa shell warm like it should be. Thanks for the awesome lunch today!!!

I haven't had this great of a experience here in a quit some time. Gloria was my cashier and she was full of energy and made sure everything was great. My food was fresh and tasted great.
