Cheval blanc - Ferrette

This restaurant was recommended by a local, so we chose this place after we had spent a day in ferrette. the menu is diverse and the plates are massive, but there was nothing special, just okay. the house wine is not the best option...either the worst it was with the lady who visited customers; she did not even try to understand us, no effort, we could not even ask about the different dishes. they almost threw the teller and table settings at us, we were badly impressed. After eating, it decided to have dessert at the next doors bakery: in any case, not eat again.

Very good Eastern French cuisine. it is family style kiss, all dishes are delicious and well cooked despite the long menu list. friendly and warm waitress, they must go when they are over!

We had flammpie and l can recommend it with the choucroute on it. great combination. the burglar was one of the best we had. I have to say we wanted to escape again. the inspicuous facility and the view of cooked potato. on other people made me want to be held. So here I recommend the Tartes-Fambees. I saw that most of them took a huge cup of ice for the desert, but we were pretty crowded. they give them a green salate with the flame cake. nice touch.

We came without prior reservation and had luck getting last free table. service was friendly and welcoming, eating was simply amazing! most guests ate fried local fish carp) but we ordered calfs head and bark tonque tete de veau et langue...de boeuf,) the just melt in mounth. In addition, I ordered tartaric acid steak roebeef) which was a real joy. they also have decent weeping lists. it was our second visit there, certainly not the last!

Sundgauvienne "pure souche", I am a specialist in fried carps (especially true, with ridges), and likes to test the restaurants that offer this typical dish. I was very pleasantly surprised by the ones that this little restaurant offers. they are not fat, just cooked to heart, well served; Mayo is a killing! light !!!! the many plates of the ridge hanging at the door do not lie, the address deserves the detour ! the small flat: the frame is disappointing, without charm. Service is fair. the staff is pleasant, smiling, without making too much. bravo !!!!
