Buscábamos un restaurante agradable y local (fuera de la multitud turística) cuando descubrimos Cake! El menú de almuerzo de 12€ era muy atractivo y económico (bebidas, pan y 3 platos incluidos). Nuestras expectativas fueron completamente superadas: los tres cursos eran realmente deliciosos y un placer para la vista. Las dos hermanas sudamericanas que son dueñas del restaurante son personas muy agradables y su cocina es excepcional. ¡No dudes en visitar esta joya!

This small restaurant and bakery is run by two sisters. One cooks the other takes care of customers. We had the menu of the day. Every thing was great. The pumpkin cake with bechamel sauce was light like a soufflé. Poached egg over roasted peppers , very tasty. Excellent house wine from Emporda region.

We were looking for an authentic Spanish restaurant for lunch after visiting the Dali Theatre Museum on 10 Sept. Cakes bakery and restaurant was a great choice. The daily menu was in Spanish but beautiful Ana translated and explained the menu in. English for us. A bread basket, condiments and bottle of water were served as soon as we sat down. The starter, main course and dessert were great and the wine included in the set menu was excellent. Thank you Ana for your time and being a great host.
