Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Probably last visit to a CB for a while. This one was out of most menu items. The Sunday Pot roast was out! Out of coffee?!? That seem impossible. Meatloaf was not cooked through and breading on the okra was not crisp and okra was not fresh. Wife's meal was fine. Manager took my meal off the ticket, so there is that.

Absolutely pleased with my visit. Walked in and was immediately greeted, immediately noticed a positive environment. We were quickly seated and our server Cayden introduced himself. Throughout our entire meal, Cayden was able to accommodate our requests before we even had the chance to ask every single time and didn't waste time doing so. The food was amazing and prepared extremely visually appealing. Shout out to the cooks! Our check was promptly handed to us and the experience was amazing over all. We decided the browse the store section for a bit and was greeted by Kasandra when we went to purchase our items; she offered a bag for our leftovers and promptly checked us out and thanked us for stopping by.

Caiden was working right now at 8:17 and he was very friendly and had amazing customer service. He made sure we were taken care of with drinks as well as making sure our food was amazing. He did an outstanding job tonight. Kassandra in the store part was very friendly as well. She provided us a bag for our left overs and had amazing customer service as well. She made conversation and never made it feel awkward or like I was a bother. 10/10 recommend this establishment to eat at!!!!

Worst experience ever at Cracker Barrel waiting to be seated. We were told 30 minutes wait. Waited over an hour fifteen minutes. The excuse was kitchen is backed up. We ended up leaving because the people that were seated when we came in were still waiting on their food. Terrible!!

Was driving back from Monument Valley and needed a place to stop for lunch and of course for me that place is usually Cracker Barrel if I’m on a mission to get home. The food is always delicious especially the pancakes and hash brown casserole side. You can always find a reliable supply of seasonal items to decorate your home or bring home as a souvenir. The staff was friendly and helpful and seated us quickly. Food came out fast and warm and we were back on the road in no time. Gotta love Cracker Barrel!
