Greggs - Flintshire

Lots of cowboy tradesmen who come in threes and order breakfast a slice and a sausage roll holding up the queue! Why no women in the queue?

Very hungry, desperate for hot snack as missed breakfast. Called into A540 service stration roundabout 10:00. Sausage Bean and Cheese melt, Notice said, warning this product may be hot not even room temperature. Asked for it to be heated up, sorry not allowed to ! What a joke Greggs are! Never again! I visited this restaurant at 10:00am. When I finally reached the front of the long line, I was told they had run out of bacon, so I couldn't get a bacon roll. I ended up getting a sausage on a bread roll instead, but the sausage was barely warm and just about room temperature. During my second visit, I got two 'hot' sausage rolls that were actually below room temperature. They couldn't reheat them due to their safety policy. I suggest they keep their food reasonably hot, or perhaps adjust the heat control in their counter cabinets. I have had the same disappointing experience at the Greggs branch at Wylfra Roundabout in Mold. I only go to this restaurant occasionally for convenience, as I prefer other options.

I recently stopped by this restaurant on my way to work. All the staff members had a very positive attitude, were welcoming, and the food was warm and fresh.

In my last two visits to Greggs, I requested tomato sauce but was given brown sauce instead, despite reminding the staff. The employees seemed more focused on chatting with each other than fulfilling orders. When I called to address the issue, the woman on the phone laughed and didn't take my complaint seriously. I visit this Greggs four times a week for the same order, but the mix-up has happened twice now. It seems like the staff prioritize socializing over proper service. I will not be returning to this Greggs again.
